Our Mission and Corporate Culture
CTI's basic mission is to help self-funded health plan sponsors reduce annual
claims expense and improve service in their health plans through audit and
continuous
quality improvement of the claims administration of their health
plans. We are not
accountants or benefits consultants who also audit claims,
but rather team of claims
professionals who have developed and bring unique
claims audit and control techniques
and systems to bear on behalf of our
clients. Paired with the strength of our ideas,
a strong work ethic and
commitment to continuous quality improvement, it is this
focus that has
made CTI a market leader.
